Our annual award banquet is designed to reward our chapters and member for the achievement, excellence and brotherhood.

The Southern Province Undergraduate Chapter of the Year Award
The highest Grand Chapter award available to undergraduate chapters for outstanding achievement.
The undergraduate chapters nominated must have at least seven (7) members who are financial with the
undergraduate chapter, Province, and Grand Chapter no more than onechapter in each category:
small 7-12 members; medium 13-20 members; and large 21 members or more.

The Southern Province Alumni Chapter of the Year Award
The highest Grand Chapter award available to alumni chapters for outstanding achievement.
The alumni chapters nominated must have at least ten (10) members who arefinancial with the
alumni chapter, Province, and Grand Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. at the time of
filing the application. The Province may select and recommend to Grand Chapter not more than one
chapter in each category: small 10-20 members; medium 21-30 members; and large 31 members or more.

The Southern Province will select one alumni and one undergraduate chapter to
receive the "Southern Province Website of the Year Award."
The Southern Province Undergraduate Website of the Year Award
The Southern Province Information Technology Committee and brothers so named
will serve as the Web Award Review Committee for the purpose managing the award
process.
The Web Award Review committee will use the attached criteria for scoring potential
websites.
The winners of the Southern Province website awards will serve as the official
website representatives for the Southern Province for competition at the national level.
Only official nominees originated by the Southern Province can compete at the national
level.
